Rate

$18.50/hr.-$28/hr.Responsibilities:

• Assist in promoting quality of life for our residents.
• Assist residents with all ADL’s.
• Take vital signs and weights and reports to RN/LPN team leader.
• Ambulate, lift and transfer residents as per individual care plans.
• Assist with feeding residents, tray distribution and recording of intakes per policy.
• Interact and foster a positive relationship with staff, residents, and families consistently projecting a positive, caring, courteous and responsive environment.
• Observe and report resident needs, abnormal conditions and/or behavioral changes.
