Aegis Home Care is looking for an upbeat, compassionate, dependable, and motivated CNA/MedTech, CNA, or PCA/MedTech to join our growing team and work within our Custom Care Program!

About the Position

Our Custom Care Program provides short-duration visits to multiple clients throughout your shift in independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing communities.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy, working independently, meeting new people, and having a variety of responsibilities throughout the day. No two days are necessarily the same! You must be comfortable with changing priorities and adapting to schedule adjustments in real time.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to

Medication reminders and medication assistance within the scope of your credentials and applicable regulations.
Dressing and bathing assistance.
Meal preparation and light household tasks.
Escorting residents to appointments, activities, and other destinations.
Grocery shopping and errands.
Assisting residents with walking and mobility.
Transporting urine specimens to physician offices as directed.
Providing additional support and filling in for Home Care call-outs when needed.
Providing companionship, encouragement, and quality care to every client.

What We Are Looking For

CNA/MedTech or PCA/MedTech credentials.
A positive, upbeat, and compassionate attitude.
Dependability, flexibility, and strong time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and adjust to changing priorities.
