SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently looking for qualified CNA, HHA, and PCA caregivers to provide compassionate in-home care. We welcome dependable individuals who enjoy supporting others and helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

### Your Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and daily living activities
• Support walking, mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with light housekeeping and maintaining a comfortable home
• Follow each client's care plan and daily routine
• Report changes in clients' conditions or care needs to the care team

### Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
• Caring, patient, and reliable
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently in a client's home
• Dependable and able to commit to scheduled shifts
• Complete vaccination records preferred
