Job Description

Grace Caregivers is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide quality, non-medical in-home care to seniors and adults who need assistance with daily living. Our goal is to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe environment.
• Provide medication reminders (no medication administration).
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions or needs.
• Follow individualized care plans and agency policies.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and office staff.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification preferred or required, as applicable to the position.
• Previous caregiving or home-care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
• Ability to work independently and follow care instructions.
