Marna Health Services- Hillcrest Nursing Home – Now Hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Hillcrest Nursing Facility is a 59‑bed skilled nursing facility. We do not have residents with tracheostomies, ventilators, or G‑tubes.

Starting Rate: $21.50/hour

Location: 4280 Cypress Drive, San Bernardino, CA 92407

Hillcrest Nursing Home is urgently seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team. We welcome new graduates and offer immediate start dates.

Available Shifts

• AM Shift: 0630 AM-1430 PM
• 7.5‑hour shifts. ALL SHIFTS FULL TIME ONLY- No on all or part time available
• **4-on / 2-off rotation *Can be varied, plug in play, with full time hours***
• Overtime available

Position Summary

We are seeking motivated, compassionate CNAs committed to providing high‑quality, resident‑centered care.

Responsibilities Include

• Providing direct patient care, including ADLs, personal hygiene, mobility assistance, and vital signs
• Monitoring and documenting intake and output
• Accurately documenting all care provided and changes in resident condition
• Reporting changes in resident status to the supervising nurse
• Demonstrating strong communication skills and teamwork

Minimum Requirements

• Current State of California CNA certification
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
