We are currently seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing facility. RESPONSIBILITIES:* Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. * Monitor residents’ vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff. * Help with mobility and ensure residents are safe and comfortable during transfers. * Document care provided and any changes in residents’ conditions in accordance with facility policies. * Provide companionship and emotional support to residents and their families. * Assist with infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment. * Participate in team meetings and collaborate with nursing staff to create and implement care plans.

QUALIFICATIONS

:* Fresh or newly licensed CNAs are welcome * Experienced CNA is preferred * Experience in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care/senior care is a plus * Valid and active CNA license in the state of California * Must have an active BLS through the American Heart Association * Must have an active CPR Certification * Is in good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards is required * Interest in working with the geriatric population * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. * Compassionate and caring attitude towards residents and their families.
