About the Role

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Dayshift position is a vital role within healthcare settings, focused on providing compassionate and attentive care to patients during daytime hours. The primary goal is to support nursing staff by assisting patients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity. This role requires close collaboration with nurses and other healthcare professionals to monitor patient conditions and report any changes promptly. The CNA will contribute to creating a positive and healing environment by delivering personalized care tailored to each patient's needs. Ultimately, this position plays a key part in enhancing patient outcomes and overall satisfaction within the healthcare facility.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification recognized in the United States.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of patient care and safety procedures.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening as required by the employer.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working as a CNA in a hospital, nursing home, or long-term care facility.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
