Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Document care accurately and timely
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications

• Current Alabama Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Long-term care experience is a plus, but new CNAs are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable, caring, and committed to providing outstanding resident care
