##### Pay starts at: $21 per hour (Pay is based on experience)

Pay differentials

PM or Night Shifts: Additional $2 shift differential

Plus, an additional 10% Weekend Differential for *all* shifts

##### PRN shifts available:

##### Day Shift 6:30AM - 2:30PM

##### PM Shift 2:30PM - 10:30PM

##### Night Shift 10:30PM - 6:30AM

#### What you bring to the table:

• Must be IDPH Certified Nursing Assistant
• Must be CPR certified
• Must possess good computer skills.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.
• Demonstrates caring and compassionate nature
• CNA candidate must be a team player, have a positive outlook and excellent problem solving skills.
• Maintains neat, professional appearance

#### Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists with all ADL's
• Tasks required to maintain good hygiene, grooming, comfort and the overall well-being of residents
• Charts all care, supplies, etc. using electronic medical records system
• Answers all call lights promptly

Schedule Requirements PRN

* PRN staff must be available to work various day, evening, night, weekend and holiday shifts.

* PRN staff must contact the Nursing Department scheduler to discuss availability prior to the schedule being finalized for the month.

* In cases where PRN staff is scheduled but not needed, the Nursing Department scheduler or a charge nurse will make every attempt to notify the scheduled PRN staff at their listed contact number two hours prior to the scheduled shift, or as soon thereafter, as possible.
