We are seeking compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistants to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals at Serenity Estates of Lincolnshire. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, while also promoting a positive and respectful environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to licensed staff
• Assist with mealtime, including setting up, serving, and cleaning up
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure high-quality care

Requirements

• Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois
• Active CPR
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with ease
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including rotating weekends and holidays
