Available Positions

• Full-Time

Available Shifts

• Evening: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM *(+$2.00/hour shift differential)*
• Overnight: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, individualized care to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, transfers, and mobility.
• Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Accurately document resident care and report any changes in condition.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania CNA certification.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of resident care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
