Hillcrest Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Weekend Program and provide exceptional care to our residents.

Weekend Program Schedule

Choose one of the following 16-hour weekend schedules:

• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM & 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (16hrs) (Saturday & Sunday)
• OR
• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM & 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (16hrs) (Saturday & Sunday)
• Earn an additional $4.00 per hour for the weekend program

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Complete accurate documentation of resident care

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania CNA certification
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required
