Lone Tree Health Care Center/Pioneer Park is a family-oriented retirement community that provides a continuum of care. Pioneer Park is in the small rural town of Lone Tree, Iowa. Established in 1974 the facility is community owned and supervised by a local board of directors.

Requirements

• Graduate of CNA Training.
• Open to new graduates.
• Must have a valid, active CNA license.

Responsibilities

• Routinely uses acquired knowledge, theory, research, and experience to respond to changes in clinical situations.
• Serves as a resource to colleagues and a strong advocate for patients/families. Consistently communicates effectively and respectfully with the patient, the patient's family, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Delivers safe, dependable, and effective care to a patient population independently utilizing the nursing process.
• Demonstrates developed assessment skills.
• Documents the CNA process accurately and in the appropriate format (e.g. computer, clinical pathway, chart)
• Plans and implements patient care independently.
