Total Healthcare Staffing is seeking dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for staffing assignments throughout Northern New Jersey.

We are looking for healthcare professionals who are committed to providing quality care, maintaining professional standards, and supporting the individuals and teams they serve.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide personal care and mobility assistance as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in an individual's condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive care environment.
• Follow established care plans and facility procedures.
• Communicate professionally with nursing staff and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
