You will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as assisting with daily living activities
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop personalized care plans
• Assist with transporting patients and transferring them between rooms
• Perform vital signs, take weights, and conduct other relevant assessments
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
