Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to our residents while ensuring their comfort and safety. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the nursing staff and enhancing the overall patient experience. This position offers a sign-on bonus of $2000 for qualified candidates.

Duties

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Provide support in mobility and transfers using equipment such as Hoyer lifts.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols.
• Assist with medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Engage in caregiving activities that promote the physical and emotional well-being of patients.

Skills

• Experience with PCC EMR is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Basic life support certification is required.
