About the Role

As a CNA at Riverview Estates, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your duties will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing vital signs and reporting changes to the nursing team
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a valid certification in the state of New Jersey
• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with care and attention
