Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment such as Hoyer lifts and manual handling techniques.
• Monitor and record vital signs, patient observations, and medical documentation accurately within electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner.
• Assist with patient transfers, positioning, and safe lifting practices to ensure comfort and safety.
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

* Valid Kansas CNA certification
