Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to hospice patients, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, oral hygiene, and other activities of daily living.
• Assist patients with safe transfers, ambulation, positioning, and range-of-motion exercises as directed by the care plan.
• Observe and report changes in patients' physical, emotional, or environmental conditions to the supervising nurse.
