### What you will do

• Personal care for clients with higher needs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers.
• Mobility help and safe positioning.
• Meals, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Medication reminders for medications the client takes on their own.
• Watch for changes in condition, document them, and report them to your supervisor the same day.
• Support for the client's family, who often need a steady voice as much as the client does.
• Visit notes in our mobile app and clock in and out by phone.

### Requirements

• Current Arizona CNA certification in good standing.
• A background check and our onboarding, which we provide.
• Reliable transportation within Yuma.
• Home care or healthcare experience is welcome, not required. We train on our care plans.

### Pay, shifts, and benefits

• $17.50 to $18.35 per hour as a W-2 employee.
• Full time, part time, and overnight shifts. Overnights are available for CNAs who prefer them.
