Overview

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team for weekday shifts from 7am to 1pm. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing essential support with a focus on safety, comfort, and quality care. Responsibilities

• Provide one-person assistance with toileting, dressing, and transfers between bed and chair.
• Assist with walking using a gait belt and standing walker, following the care plan.
• Follow fall precautions and maintain a safe environment.
• Set up personal hygiene supplies and provide reminders or assistance as needed.
• Prepare meals and clean up afterward.
• Provide medication reminders as directed by the care plan.
• Follow care-plan instructions for meal and hydration support.
• Offer companionship, reassurance, and gentle reminders or redirection when needed.
• Document care provided and communicate changes or concerns to the supervising nurse.

Qualifications

• Arkansas CNA license in good standing
• Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current Arkansas drivers license.
• Current automobile insurance.
• Current TB test with negative result.
• Ability to consistently work the full Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–1 p.m. schedule.
• Ability to safely perform one-person mobility and transfer assistance using the prescribed equipment.
• Dependable transportation to the Benton work location.
• Comfortable working in a home with a cat.
• Nonsmoking caregiver required for this assignment.
• Willingness to follow household preferences, including removing shoes upon entry.
• Strong communication skills and respect for client privacy.
• Previous home-care and mobility-assistance experience preferred.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
