Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Yuma

Pay: $17.50 to $18.35 per hour. Full time, part time, and overnight shifts.

CNAs: use your license at home, not on a floor

Our 28th Street office is the main office for SYNERGY HomeCare of Yuma. We provide in-home, non-medical care to seniors, veterans, and people with disabilities across Yuma, and we hire Certified Nursing Assistants for the clients who need the most hands-on help. One client at a time, no 12-patient hall, and a schedule you help set.

What CNAs do with us

Personal care for clients with higher needs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers.

Help with mobility and safe positioning.

Meals, light housekeeping, and laundry.

Medication reminders for self-administered medications.

Observe and document changes in condition and report them to the supervisor the same day.

Companionship and support for clients and their families.

Visit notes in our mobile app and phone clock in and out.

Requirements

Current Arizona CNA certification in good standing.

Able to pass a background check and complete onboarding.

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Yuma.

Home care or healthcare experience preferred, not required. We train on our care plans.

What you get

$17.50 to $18.35 per hour, W-2.

Paid sick time.
