Certified Nursing Assistant CNA

Real Choice Care is looking for compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants to provide private duty care for seniors and families throughout Fairfield County and surrounding areas.

We are looking for caregivers who are dependable, professional, and truly care about helping others. This position may include working with clients in their homes, senior living communities, or assisted living settings.

Responsibilities may include

Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Providing companionship and emotional support

Meal preparation and light housekeeping

Medication reminders

Mobility assistance and fall prevention

Transferring and positioning when needed

Dementia and memory care support

Helping clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent

Reporting any changes in client condition to the office team

Requirements

Active CNA certification preferred

Previous home care, assisted living, nursing home, or hospital experience preferred

Must be dependable, professional, and compassionate

Ability to follow a care plan and communicate clearly

Must pass a background check

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

CPR certification preferred but not required

Experience with dementia care, fall-risk clients, or personal care is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
