About the Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized, skilled nursing care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to maintain our residents' independence and dignity
• Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents, fostering a sense of community and connection
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment plans
• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Participating in training and professional development activities to stay current with industry best practices and regulations

Our Ideal Candidate

• Has a current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Ohio
• Has 0 years of experience, or equivalent education and training
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff
• Is committed to providing compassionate and respectful care to every resident, every day
