Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of licensed nurses, helping patients maintain their comfort, dignity, and well-being. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor patient conditions, and contribute to a safe and positive healthcare environment while delivering exceptional, compassionate care.

Duties

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Measure and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation.
• Help patients with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning to ensure comfort and prevent injury.
• Observe and report changes in patients' physical or emotional conditions to the nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document care provided according to facility policies.
• Assist nurses with medical procedures and patient treatments as directed.
• Keep patient rooms clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies while maintaining infection control standards.
• Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests, ensuring timely and compassionate care.
• Support patients with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs as directed by healthcare providers.
• Follow safety protocols, infection prevention guidelines, and HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and well-being.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients and their families during their healthcare journey.
