Certified Nursing Assistant

Overview

Join our dedicated care team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where your compassionate care and clinical skills will make a meaningful difference in patients' lives. This position will provide non-medical in-home care services that help seniors and adults maintain dignity, independence, and comfort in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders as outlined in client care plan.
• Document client care and report changes in condition.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compassion in all interactions
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols and proper medical documentation standards.

Requirements

• Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing with the GA state licensing board.
• Experience working in home & community care environments with seniors and disabled adults.
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems for accurate documentation of patient care activities.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and infection control practices essential for delivering safe non-medical care.
• Demonstrated ability to work with individuals with disabilities or behavioral health needs with patience and empathy.
• Strong communication skills coupled with the ability to work effectively and efficiently with demonstrated daily task.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
