About Us

Faith Recovery is a nonprofit drug and alcohol treatment center dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care for individuals recovering from substance use disorders. We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our residential treatment team.

Position Overview

The CNA plays a vital role in supporting our clients’ health and recovery by assisting with daily care, monitoring vital signs, and dispensing medication. This position requires flexibility, with availability for nights, weekends, and overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and record client vital signs at scheduled intervals.
• Dispense Medication
• Assist with medication observation and documentation under supervision.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to nursing and clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).

Qualifications

• Current Virginia CNA certification (required).
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and overnights as scheduled.
• Reliable.

Schedule & Compensation

• Shifts include nights, weekends, and overnights.
• Hourly pay based on experience.
