We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team in providing exceptional care to individuals in an in-home setting. In this vital role, you will support patients with their daily needs, monitor their health status, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment. Duties

• Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and basic hygiene.
• Mobility Support: Help clients get in and out of beds, chairs, and wheelchairs.
• Meal Preparation: Plan and cook nutritious meals according to dietary needs, and assist with feeding if necessary.
• Light Housekeeping: Keep the living space tidy, including laundry, washing dishes, and vacuuming.
• Medication Reminders: Ensure clients take their prescribed medications on time.
• Companionship: Engage in conversations, provide emotional support, and accompany clients on errands or to appointments.

Skills/Requirements

• A genuine desire to help others and improve their quality of life.
• Previous caregiving experience (Home Health Aide, PCA, or CNA preferred, but not always required for the right candidate).
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance (preferred).
