Bring your passion for patient care to our Baywood Progressive Care Unit! As a PCA on our General Medical PCU, you will have the opportunity to advance your skills while working with a variety of patients. Our unit is a full floor inpatient high acuity, cardiac monitored unit dedicated to providing exceptional patient-centered care for adults and geriatric patients with acute and chronic disease processes and multiple co-morbidities. Our team offers support and specialized training to grow your skills, and Banner offers a Career Pathways program for those looking to continue their education and grow their career within Banner Health!

Our ideal candidate is a licensed CNA or LNA with working experience.

We are currently offering a DAY shift position working three 12 hour shifts per week from 6:00am - 6:30pm. Our team uses a rotating weekends and holidays schedule. You will have the opportunity to utilize our self-scheduling tool for shift coverage as well as enjoy a flat rate $1/hour weekend and 18% night shift differential when applicable! Apply today!
