Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and medication administration
• Perform various daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, to ensure patients' comfort and dignity
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans and improve overall care outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and observations
