Lawson Manor is looking for Certified Nursing Assistants provide hands-on, daily care for elderly or chronically ill residents under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).

#### Core Daily Duties

• Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Help residents bathe, dress, groom, brush teeth, and use the toilet.
• Eating and Hydration: Serve meals, feed residents who need help, and track food and liquid intake.
• Mobility and Positioning: Help residents transfer between a bed and a wheelchair, walk, or turn and reposition bedridden residents to prevent bedsores.
• Vital Signs and Monitoring: Check and record vital signs—such as temperature, pulse, respiration rate, and blood pressure—and monitor for sudden changes in health or behavior.
• Comfort and Room Care: Make beds, change soiled linens, tidy rooms, answer call lights, and ensure personal items stay within reach.
• Reporting to Nurses: Notice subtle changes (like a sudden loss of appetite or increased confusion) and report them immediately to the nursing staff.
• Emotional Support: Offer conversation, a listening ear, and a familiar presence to reduce loneliness and anxiety
