Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. We currently have full-time and part-time 3rd shift openings. This position does require every other weekend. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care across various settings, including long-term care, hospitals, and assisted living facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to supporting patient needs, ensuring safety, and enhancing overall well-being through attentive caregiving and clinical support.

Duties

• Provide direct patient care by assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts.
• Monitor vital signs and accurately document patient information in Point Click Care.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to assess patient needs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Operate medical equipment efficiently and safely while adhering to infection control standards.

Experience

Candidates should possess prior experience working in diverse healthcare environments such as hospitals, long-term care facilities like nursing homes or assisted living communities. Additional qualifications include familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy and physiology knowledge and proficiency in medical documentation practices. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges is preferred.
