### Position Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides hands-on care and daily support to residents while working closely with nursing staff. This role is essential in maintaining resident comfort, safety, and quality of life across all shifts.

### Primary Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate resident care under nursing supervision
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Serve meals, assist with feeding, and monitor food and fluid intake
• Observe residents and report changes in condition or behavior
• Transport residents safely within the facility
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

### Qualifications

• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
• Current NYS CNA certification in good standing
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a care team
• Compliance with Department of Health requirements
• Reliable, compassionate, and resident-focused
