, a respected skilled nursing facility in East Meadow, NY, is seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs to join our team. We are a well-staffed facility that values teamwork, professionalism, and high-quality resident care.

**Shifts Available*:**

* 7:00am–3:00pm * 3:00pm–11:00pm * 11:00pm–7:00am * Must be available every other weekend ### CNA Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff
• Take and record vital signs
• Provide safe transfers and ambulation assistance
• Maintain a clean, respectful, and supportive environment
• Document care provided in accordance with facility policies

### Requirements:

• Active NYS CNA Certification
• Prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Must be available every other weekend
