Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Weekdays

Primarily Night Shift | Eufaula Manor – Eufaula, OK

Eufaula Manor is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for Monday–Friday shifts, with primary need on night shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).

Day and evening shifts are also available.

Available Shifts (Monday–Friday)

• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Primary Need)
• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

No weekend requirement.

Position Overview

The CNA provides direct resident care and works closely with the Charge Nurse to ensure residents are safe, comfortable, and treated with dignity.

We use PointClickCare (PCC) for documentation. Experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Answer call lights promptly
• Monitor and report changes in condition
• Document care provided in PointClickCare (PCC)
• Support a positive, team-oriented environment

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma CNA certification (required)
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Reliable attendance
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
