```Duties``` - Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse - Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding - Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse - Collect and document patient information, including medical history and current symptoms - Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff - Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients

-Provide ADL Care to resident's

```Requirements``` - Completion of a nursing assistant training program or equivalent experience - Current certification as a nursing assistant (CNA) in the state of employment - Knowledge of medical terminology and basic anatomy and physiology - Experience with medical documentation - Familiarity with aseptic technique and infection control practices - Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Experience working in a nursing home or long-term care facility is preferred - Knowledge of behavioral health principles is an asset

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
