Responsibilities

* Provide basic care to patients and residents, including but not limited to:

+ Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming + Helping with feeding and hydration + Assisting with mobility and transfers + Providing emotional support and companionship * Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient and resident care * Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans * Report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team * Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of New Jersey
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient and resident care
