CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

Caregiver / Nursing Assistant — All Shifts Available

We’re looking for dependable, compassionate people to join our care team. You’ll help residents with daily activities, support their comfort and well-being, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

CNA certification is preferred but not required—we provide training.

Depending on your experience, additional training for a Med Tech role may be available.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, and other daily activities.
• Help residents move and transfer safely using proper techniques.
• Provide companionship and respectful, individualized support.
• Follow care plans and communicate changes in residents’ needs or condition to the appropriate staff.
• Document care accurately.
• Keep resident areas clean and follow infection prevention procedures.
• Work with other team members to provide consistent, attentive care.

Qualifications

• A caring attitude, dependability, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well with a team.
• Ability to assist residents with mobility and transfers safely.
• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Availability to work every other weekend and every other holiday.

Schedule

Day, evening, and overnight shifts are available.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
