Experienced CNA – Davis/Weber County | Overnights + PRN

Forget Me Not Home Care

Davis & Weber Counties, Utah Part-Time to Full-Time | Growth Opportunities $18–$20/hour | CNA Required Week Days & Weekend overnights, plus additional PRN coverage

Forget Me Not Home Care is expanding and looking for an experienced CNA to work OVERNIGHT shifts on week day nights and weekend nights, with availability for additional PRN shifts as needed, in Davis and Weber Counties.

This position focuses on direct client care, with opportunities for interested, qualified team members to grow into CNA Lead or supervisor positions as our team expands.

We specialize in supporting people living with dementia and other brain changes, so we are looking for someone who is dependable, confident in hands-on care, and calm under pressure. An interest in future leadership is welcome but not required.

Pay & Benefits

$18–$19/hour starting rate
+$1/hour weekend incentive when at least one weekday shift is also worked that week

Schedule & Availability

Overnight shifts on Week Day Nights and Weekend Nights
Additional PRN coverage outside the scheduled overnights, based on client needs and your availability

Responsibilities

Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and bed baths
Transfers, mobility, wheelchair assistance, and fall-risk support
Medication reminders
Meal preparation and eating assistance
Vital signs
First-aid response within training and agency policy
Infection control
Dementia-specific cueing, redirection, reassurance, and behavioral support
Companionship and meaningful engagement
Light housekeeping related to client care
Transportation and appointments when assigned
Observation, reporting, and shift documentation
End-of-life support when appropriate

Future Leadership Opportunities

For CNAs interested in advancement, there may be opportunities to grow into CNA Lead or supervisor positions as our Davis/Weber County team expands. Depending on qualifications, training, and assigned responsibilities, these positions may include:

Supporting and mentoring caregivers
Helping train and orient new CNAs
Completing caregiver supervisory visits
Assisting with client intakes and care-plan implementation
Providing field support to caregivers and clients
Helping maintain consistency and quality of care
Communicating concerns to agency administration

Requirements

Current CNA certification required
At least 1 year of professional dementia/memory-care experience required
Overnight availability on Week Days Nights and Weekend Nights
Availability for additional PRN shifts
Comfortable with hands-on personal care
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Calm, dependable, and professional
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Able to travel throughout Davis and Weber Counties
Successful background and driving checks
Completion of Forget Me Not Home Care orientation and dementia-care training

Travel & Mileage

Travel between clients is paid according to company travel and mileage policies.

Approved assignments more than 25 miles from your home may qualify for an additional $0.25/mile travel incentive.
