CNA - FT & PT Second Shift plus PT Third Shift

Second shift differential additional $2.00 per hour on base rate

Third shift differential additional $3.00 per hour on base rate

*Most positions include every other weekend.*

*Our facility provides respite, intermediate, and skilled care services. We also have a memory care unit for dementia care, Assisted Living Apartments and Independent Town Homes so our residents can move throughout our continuum of care as their needs change.*

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in a residential facility
• Assist with residents with their personal care activities
• Monitor residents (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) and report to nurses on their condition
• Document provided services on electronic health record
• Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises

Skills

• Caring and compassionate personality
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Valid Iowa CNA license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.21 - $21.22 per hour
