  • Support medical procedures by preparing patients and assisting with tasks like catheter care, phlebotomy, and basic medication administration under supervision.
  • Maintain a safe environment by practicing aseptic techniques, proper manual handling, and safe lifting practices with equipment like Hoyer lifts.
  • Observe and report changes in patient condition promptly to nursing staff or healthcare providers to ensure timely intervention.
  • Assist with patient transfers using appropriate equipment and techniques for heavy lifting or manual handling.
  • Document all patient interactions thoroughly in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.

Experience
