The Shift

We are hiring one reliable CNA or HCA with strong memory care experience for a single, consistent 24-hour shift every week: Friday 6:00 AM through Saturday 6:00 AM. This is a dedicated one-day-a-week commitment — no other days required.

What You’ll Do

• Provide calm, dignity-first one-to-one support for a client with memory care needs
• Gentle redirection, wandering prevention, and cognitive engagement
• Assistance with daily living (bathing, dressing, meals, mobility) as needed
• Follow the care plan rhythm; report any changes to the office
• Stay present for the full 24-hour block (sleep arrangements per care plan)

Requirements

• Current Washington State CNA or HCA certification (required)
• Proven memory care / dementia experience (required)
• Reliable transportation and ability to commit to this exact Friday–Saturday block
• Calm, patient presence — never quiz, never argue reality, never rush
• Smartphone for EVV and communication; ability to pass background check

This is a consistent, meaningful role, not rotating assignments. You’ll build real trust and routine with the same person every shift.
