If you want caregiver work that fits your availability, keeps you out of facility-style assignments, and allows you to build real relationships with clients, this may be a strong fit.

This is a W-2 employee position. It is not a 1099 contractor role or registry position.

We are a locally owned home care agency operated by a husband and wife team who are involved in the business every day. Our belief is simple: when caregivers are respected, supported, and communicated with clearly, clients receive better care.

Current Opportunities

Home care schedules vary because every client’s needs are different. Available shifts may include: * Weekday daytime shifts * Weekend shifts * Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts * Some overnight opportunities * Part-time and full-time opportunities * Minimum 4-hour shifts * Longer 8-hour and 12-hour shifts when available * Overtime opportunities when available

We work to match caregivers with cases based on availability, skills, client needs, and reasonable travel distance.

Flexible scheduling matters, but reliability matters too. Once a caregiver accepts a shift, that client and family are counting on them.

Pay and Benefits
