Overview

Procare Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide exceptional care at home setting. Candidates should possess strong caregiving skills, ability to work effectively with seniors and disabled individuals. This position is ideal for caring professionals committed to delivering respectful, high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Duties

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor patient condition through observation of vital signs and overall well-being
• Do medications reminders.
• Support patients with mobility using equipment such as Hoyer lifts and assistive devices
• Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's, or memory impairments.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary restrictions are followed
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry and cleaning to maintain a safe environment
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care plans and report changes in condition

Requirements

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Compassionate attitude with a focus on patient-centered care
• Ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
