Position: CNA (Contract to Perm)

$759 – $865/week

Contract Duration

* 05/19/2026 – 08/22/2026 (13 weeks)

Schedule

• Part-Time (37.5 hours biweekly)
• Rotating shifts: 2x8-hour shifts one week, 3x8-hour shifts the next
• Day/Night shifts as needed
• Every Other Weekend (EOW) & Holidays required
• Orientation must be attended on a Tuesday or Thursday (Day 1)

### Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Provide ADL care: hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, positioning, skin care
• Maintain resident safety/environment: respond to call lights, fall prevention, equipment monitoring
• Assist with nutrition: meal setup, feeding, hydration per resident preferences
• Support restorative care: ambulation, transfers, ROM, assistive devices
• Report changes in physical, emotional, or psychosocial status promptly
• Document all care per facility protocol

### Requirements

• NYS Nursing Assistant Certification (required, active for 1+ year)
• BLS Certification (AHA or RQI required)
• Minimum 1 year of LTC/CNA experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work in an environment with potential exposure to blood/body fluids
