Join our dedicated home care team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) providing compassionate, high-quality care to individuals in their own homes. In this vital role, you will support clients with daily activities, monitor their health status, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment. Duties

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor patient observations such as vital signs, mental status, and overall health to detect changes or concerns promptly
• Reminders for medications and HIPAA regulations to ensure privacy and safety
• Support clients with dementia, Alzheimer’s, memory care needs, and hospice requirements by implementing personalized care plans
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with cooking while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the home environment
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living space to promote overall well-being

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification with current CPR certification; experience in long-term care or nursing home environments is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, and medical documentation practices
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia; familiarity with Alzheimer’s and memory care is a plus
• Excellent patient observation skills with attention to detail for vital signs and overall health monitoring
• Compassionate caregiver committed to providing respectful, patient-centered home health services
• Ability to work independently in a home setting while adhering to safety protocols and HIPAA regulations

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
