CNA | Morning Shift | Hoyer Lift Experience Required

Not every CNA position is the same.

This one requires confidence, experience, and someone who understands that every client has personal routines and preferences that deserve to be respected.

We're looking for an experienced CNA to provide one-on-one care for a gentleman in Greenville, SC on a Monday through Friday morning schedule (7:30 AM – 9:30 AM).

This is not an entry-level position.

• You become uncomfortable providing hands-on personal care.

• You aren't comfortable following detailed client-specific routines.
• You don't have reliable transportation or a dependable attendance record.

• You have 5+ years of caregiving or CNA experience.
• You're experienced with safe Hoyer lift transfers.
• You understand that preserving a client's dignity is just as important as completing the task.
• You pay attention to details and follow care instructions carefully.
• You communicate professionally with families and our office.

Responsibilities

• Safe transfers using a Hoyer lift.
• Assistance with bathing and personal hygiene.
• Dressing and grooming.
• Repositioning and mobility assistance.
• Maintaining a clean and safe care environment.
• Following an individualized care plan and the client's established daily routine.
• Communicating any concerns to our clinical team.

Important

This client has well-established personal care preferences and expects caregivers to follow a detailed bathing and grooming routine. These expectations will be discussed during the interview so both you and the family can determine whether the assignment is the right fit.

We're looking for someone who is confident, respectful, adaptable, and understands that excellent care often means paying attention to the smallest details.
