In Home Caregiver

.Job Summary Impressive Home Care Services is looking for a compassionate Home Caregiver to work with a client in Greenville, SC. This role is part-time, 25 hours per week, on a fixed schedule consisting of Tuesday through Friday, 7 am to 12 pm. While a CNA license is not required, you must have prior caregiving experience and be able to pass a background check. Reliable transportation is essential. The client is very active and requires transport for errands, the gym, shopping, etc. The position emphasizes professionalism, empathy, strong communication skills, and a commitment to client well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
• Support mobility and safe transfers to prevent falls or injury.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping such as laundry, sweeping, dishwashing, and changing bed linens.
• Provide medication reminders and observe the client’s overall condition.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment at all times.
• Monitor and promptly report any changes in physical or mental condition to the agency.
• Maintain client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
• Follow individualized care plans and agency protocols.
• Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare providers regarding client status.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any changes in health condition.
• Follow all safety guidelines and infection control procedures to ensure client well-being.
• Client transport.
