Your Role

As a CNA, you’ll play a vital hands-on role in our residents’ daily lives. You will:

• Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and mobility
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Foster positive and respectful relationships with residents and families
• Maintain dignity, safety, and comfort in every interaction
• Follow all infection control and facility policies

What We’re Looking For

• Active CNA certification in the state of Michigan (or ability to obtain)
• A compassionate, reliable caregiver who enjoys teamwork and making a difference
• Someone who brings positivity, patience, and professionalism to every shift
