CNA/PCA Position - near Buckhead

BrightStar Care of Southwest AtlantaCollege Park is hiring PCAs and CNAs. We respond to every application within hours, and we try to get our caregivers are working within two weeks of applying.

We're looking for reliable caregivers who want one-on-one client care in homes and assisted living communities across the Southwest Atlanta area. You'll work with a dedicated RN clinical team that has your back.

What You'll Earn

• $15–$18/hr based on experience and assignment type
• Weekly pay with direct deposit - no waiting for a paycheck
• Mileage and travel reimbursement on applicable shifts

• 8- and 12-hour shifts available

What You'll Do

You'll provide one-on-one care for clients including assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting), mobility and transfers, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and transportation to appointments. You'll observe and report changes in client condition to the supervising nurse.

• Active CNA certification in Georgia
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and auto insurance
• Compassion, reliability, and the ability to work independently

Before Your First Shift (we'll help you with these)

• Current CPR certification
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• High school diploma or GED
• Background check
• Drug screening (completed during orientation)
• Onboarding paperwork completed (I-9, W-4, etc.)
• Initial Training Completion
